Salgskanaler og forretningsmodeller for markedshager

This webinar concerns urban agriculture and how local food producers and sales channels may utilize their proximity to the city to increase value creation from their production in an economically, socially and environmentally sustainable way.

REKO salg på Eid.

We want to address how local food producers can create added value by marketing in cities; and how sustainability is part of, and being strengthened through short food supply chains.

The webinar is organized as part of the URBANFARMS project and presents research findings from a comparative study of local food production, marketing and sales in Oslo and Bristol. Sales channels operating in the two cities will briefly present their business models in an attempt to stimulate discussion and co-learning.

Time: 13:00 - 14:30 Norwegain time (12:00 - 13:30 GMT)

The project “Farmers and the city: Enhancing added value and sustainability through optimized use of urban and peri- urban farm resources” (URBANFARMS) was financed by the Norwegian Research Council for the project period 2019-2023.

The overall aim of URBANFARMS was to find out how farmers in and near cities can utilize the proximity to the city to increase value creation from their production in economically, socially and environmentally sustainable ways.
